DOWNLOADS - Download orders are processed instantly and a link is automatically sent to your email address with download details*.
CD ORDERS - We ship all CD orders from the UK, within the EU. We endeavor to ship all orders within 2 working days.
*If you pay by eCheque - it takes up to 6 days for your payment to clear - links are sent automatically as soon as your payment clears into our account.

We respect your right to privacy. None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties, except when required as part of the business services we provide for you, or as required under UK law. We won’t spam you, or bombard you with useless stuff!

Returns & Refunds Policy
We’re sure you’ll be more than happy with your purchase from SessionLoops - but there can be circumstances where you require to return the goods. We will replace any defective product immediately at our cost. However we cannot accept returns for any other reason if you have accessed the sounds on the CD. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the product you are ordering, please listen to the demo of the product on this website BEFORE you order and download the free sample loops.
Legal compliance
This SessionLoops returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.
Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for canceling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.
Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@sessionloops.com and we will send a return address.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt/email.
Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
